I like to get my money's worth out of equipment and I'm careful about what I buy as I need it to be robust yet practical.
So I'm pleased to announce that I've just added a Moza Air 2 Gimbal to my collection of equipment.
This handheld device allows the operator to perform many camera movements that traditionally would only be achievable with sliders, cranes and steadicams.
These techniques aren't quick and easy to do when filming a wedding. But the Moza Air 2 really makes it a lot easier to perform them. Super slow pans and tilts whilst moving around an object or person really creates some amazing dynamic looking footage.
Being able to produce super smooth steady shots whilst walking is a wonderful feature to have and adds a unique creative look.
I can't wait to start using it on my upcoming weddings this season and beyond.
