The county of Derbyshire in the East Midlands holds a fair amount of the Peak District. This means amazing countryside and some pretty wonderful venues for Derbyshire Wedding Videography.

I’ve visited many places and regions across the UK as well as Derbyshire. And the main one I’ve filmed at the most is The West Mill in Darley Abbey.

This Grade 1 listed building is a former mill dating back to the 1800s. Restored and turned into an exclusive use marriage venue, the building has four storeys. Each storey can accommodate different purposes on a day. A perfect venue for Wedding Videography.

The top floor is where the ceremonies happen and the other floors provide space for the wedding breakfast and evening reception.

The West Mill sits on the River Derwent, and the views from the windows are stunning. You can see wonderful views of the weir waterfalls and what an amazing backdrop for Wedding Videography and Photography.
